Solutions for the Future – IFAT 2018
Water is the basis of all life on earth, however, the pollution of our waters is reaching alarming levels. The most important ecological task of our times is the purification of contaminated water and the provision of water of high quality. More than ever safety and environmental protection is the focus of the wastewater industry worldwide.
JIPL has recently returned from a very successful visit to IFAT 2018– the international wastewater industry event and innovation platform which showcases the most cutting-edge technologies available worldwide. We thought we would share with you some of the groundbreaking new technologies available, a number of which we will be introducing to the New Zealand market.
Contaminants from industry and private households are increasingly polluting our water, these include microplastics and biotic resistant germs. These new challenges require new technologies.
Over the next fe weeks we will send out more information on the various new products released. These new technologies include INVENT’s new tertiary filter, and a digester mixing system.
INVENT, who JIPL represent in New Zealand, are focused on municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. INVENT takes care of the safe elimination of microplastics from wastewater and have developed technical solutions especially for large sewage treatment plants. INVENT used its many years of experience and expertise in fluid mechanics, hydraulics and component design to develop the iFILT Diamond Filter for tertiary treatment of wastewater.
