We live in interesting times with many new advanced technologies and solutions available. INVENT’s floating mixer and mixer/aerator technology allows modifications of existing ponds – allowing ponds to be converted to an aerobic zone / sequential batch reactor.

In a Swedish wastewater lagoon where INVENT mixer/aerators have recently been installed, it has been proven that the INVENT mixer/aerators are able to mix and aerate nineteen times the volume for the same power consumption – compared to the original surface aerators.

Recently INVENT installed floating mixers as part of their iLagoon solution for a wastewater treatment plant in Maryland. The design provides a robust facility which fulfills or exceeds the requirements for the discharge of wastewater.
