2019 has been busy so far, and at the moment at JIPL we are working on a number of overseas projects – we are looking at supplying fully automated production lines for several overseas customers. We are partnering with a robotics company to offer the most up to date technology available worldwide.
With our in-house design capability, JIPL can provide specifically designed pieces of equipment through to complete systems – paint lines, pre-treatment plants, industrial ovens, overhead conveyors, metal treatment plants, associated effluent treatment plants (solid, liquid and VOCs) and mechanical handling systems.
We also provide expertise to survey existing plant, identify and recommend modifications, design and install changes and provide documentation for Capital Justification. Whilst we often do full project management, our unique, flexible approach means we work with our clients at whatever level they require, giving them control of the process, plus the security of full commercial warranties.
At JIPL, we design and build our ovens specifically to the client’s individual requirements, with long-lasting quality components, ensuring that processing is achieved with the maximum production efficiency and the minimum energy and maintenance costs. We also design and build cooling plants to maximise production efficiency and minimise space requirements.
