We have utilised our expertise with industrial ovens and air transfer technology in a number of projects:
- JIPL has upgraded and perfected a number of local ovens, including a cornflake oven.
- For Independent Extrusions Limited (INEX) JIPL has improved their extrusion run-out cooling system, with the implementation of a modular under-table cooling system to fit under the existing run-out conveyor system. The JIPL design consists of modular units installed progressively along the length of the run-out table. Over the past year, additional units have been installed. JIPL designed the under-table cooling system to provide a known volume of air at a known velocity over the extrusions to effect rapid and efficient cooling of the aluminium.
JIPL has years of experience in air transfer systems, both heating and cooling and were the first to bring this innovative technology to NZ.
JIPL provides complete systems – ovens, overhead conveyors, metal treatment plants, associated effluent treatment plants (solid and liquid ), mechanical handling systems and full management of projects.
